What Is Included In Our Plans

Foundation Plan
Shows the foundation details of the plan.

Main Floor Plan
Shows the placement of exterior / interior walls, demensions of walls, rooms, windows, doors, stairways, ect.

Exterior Elevations
Shows the front, rear and sides of the house, shows exterior materials, with details and roof pitches.

Building Cross Section
Illustrates the house as if it has been sliced from the roof down to the foundation. These cross sections provide details on the home's construction, including insulation, flooring, and roofing.

Roof Plan
Offers an aerial view of the roof’s valleys, ridges, and dormers, if present.

Building Code
Due to the varying requirements across states and municipalities, your plans may not include all the information needed by your building department. If that's the case, we suggest hiring a local design professional or engineer to help ensure the plans comply with your local building code.

Engineering
Some states mandate that a licensed architect or engineer review and stamp the plans. If this applies to your building location, a local professional can help you with the process.
